My work brings together communication, websites, data, digital tools and process automation.
It often starts with something concrete: a website to manage, scattered information, documents to produce, tools that do not talk to each other or a repetitive task.
I look at how the whole process works, what is worth keeping and where a step could be removed. Sometimes that means organising what is already there. Sometimes it means building a tool.
Automation is one possibility. The problem determines the approach.
